WHO WE ARE

The Somatic Creatives Collective© is a space for creatives who want to reconnect with their body, their voice, and their creative flow, not by pushing harder, but by listening more deeply.

We believe creativity doesn’t live only in the mind.
It lives in the nervous system, in sensation, in breath, and in relationship.

Through education rooted in the nervous system, embodied practices, and creative exploration, we support artists in creating from safety, presence, and authenticity,  both in their art and in their lives.

This collective was created as a new chapter:
a grounded, spacious container where creativity is met with care, regulation, and depth.

OUR APPROACH

At Somatic Creatives©, we work with creativity through the lens of the nervous system.

Many creatives have learned to create through pressure, urgency, self-criticism, or emotional overwhelm. Over time, this can pull artists away from their body, their voice, and their intuitive flow.

Our approach offers a different path, one that centers regulation, capacity, and embodiment as the foundation for creative expression.

We draw from:

  • Nervous system education (polyvagal-informed)

  • Somatic awareness and felt-sense listening

  • Brain-based Voice Training

  • Breath and Voice work

  • Embodied reflection

  • Creative integration practices

Rather than forcing creativity, we support the body in finding enough safety for creativity to emerge naturally.
